Refund Policy

1. Overview
This Refund Policy explains how returns, refunds and exchanges work for purchases made on noctaal.com (the "Site"). By placing an order, you agree to the terms below. If you have any questions before or after ordering, reach us at info.noctal@gmail.com.
2. 30-Night Money-Back Guarantee
Because supplements work differently for everyone, we offer a 30-night satisfaction guarantee. If you're not happy with Noctàl for any reason, email us within 30 days of the delivery date and we'll issue a full refund of the product price. You do not need to finish the box, and in most cases you won't need to send anything back.
3. How to Request a Refund or Return
To start a request, email info.noctal@gmail.com with:
- Your order number
- The email address used at checkout
- A short note on what went wrong
We'll reply within 2 business days. If a physical return is needed, we'll send instructions and, where applicable, a prepaid return label. Please don't ship anything back before contacting us — unauthorized returns can't be processed.
4. Damaged, Defective or Wrong Items
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If anything is damaged in transit, defective, or you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and your order number. We'll send a free replacement or a full refund — your choice. These cases are always on us.
5. Subscriptions
Subscription orders ship and bill on a recurring schedule. You can skip, pause or cancel anytime from your account or by emailing us, with no fees. To avoid being charged for an upcoming shipment, please make changes at least 24 hours before your renewal date. Once a subscription order has been processed, the 30-night guarantee above still applies to that shipment.
6. Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, the following cannot be returned for resale, though they are still covered by our guarantee for refund purposes:
- Opened consumable products (we'll still refund under the 30-night guarantee — just don't ship them back unless we ask)
- Gift cards
- Items marked "final sale" or purchased through a clearance promotion
7. Exchanges
The fastest way to get a different product is to request a refund on your original order and place a new order once the refund is approved. If you'd prefer a direct exchange, just ask and we'll help arrange it.
8. Refund Processing
Once your refund is approved, it's issued to your original payment method. Banks and card providers typically take 5–10 business days to post the credit. We'll always email you a confirmation when the refund is sent on our end. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval and you still don't see it, contact us and we'll investigate.
9. Shipping Costs
We offer free shipping on US orders. Original shipping charges (where they apply) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error. For approved guarantee refunds, we refund the full product price.
